LeaveAReview.co provides tools that help businesses generate Google review capture pages, track review link clicks, and — with the Auto Reply feature — connect their Google Business Profile to automatically fetch reviews and post AI-drafted replies via Google's APIs.
The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.
Certain features of the Service are accessed via a private admin panel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials (API keys, access codes, GitHub tokens) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
The Auto Reply feature requires you to authorize LeaveAReview.co to access your Google Business Profile via Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. By completing this authorization, you grant us permission to:
You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings or via the Disconnect button in the admin panel. Revoking access does not delete replies already posted to Google — those are permanent on Google's platform.
Your use of Google services through the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate draft replies to Google reviews. You acknowledge that:

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your business data), is owned by Business And Profits, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Review capture pages generated by the Service and hosted on our platform remain accessible as long as the Service operates. We do not claim ownership of your business information or reviews.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESS AND PROFITS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REPUTATION, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business And Profits, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content posted to Google reviews on your behalf; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Anthropic, and Railway. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may disconnect your Google account and stop using the Service at any time. Sections covering disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Business And Profits, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
